Dear Marine Oaks Homeowners,

The Marine Oaks Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held on March 25, 2026, at The Stembridge Community Center located at 99 Stemmers Run Road.  The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m.

It is critically important that ALL HOMEOWNERS are in attendance at this meeting. The primary focus of this meeting will be a detailed discussion of the HOA budget, including financial matters that may directly impact HOA fees. Decisions regarding the Association’s finances affect every homeowner, and your presence is essential.

This meeting will provide homeowners with the opportunity to hear firsthand about the current budget, understand potential changes to HOA fees, and ask questions before any decisions are made. Homeowner participation is vital to ensuring transparency, shared understanding, and informed decision-making for our community.

Please make every effort to attend. Your voice and involvement matter when it comes to the financial health of Marine Oaks.
